These tests were deemed appropriate by the members of<br \/>\nTR-8.25. This group, being familiar with the relevant published<br \/>\nstandards, available test equipment and the general intentions of<br \/>\ncompliance assessment testing, reviewed all trunking<br \/>\ninteroperability and conformance tests described in references<br \/>\n[CABC], [CAEC], and [CAED]. The TIA TR-8.25 subcommittee is<br \/>\nresponsible for maintaining the document and keeping it current<br \/>\nwith the latest published revisions of references [CABC], [CAEC],<br \/>\nand [CAED].<\/p>\n<p>In determining the tests appropriate for compliance assessment<br \/>\ntesting in this area, the group considered whether tests in<br \/>\nreferences [CABC], [CAEC], and [CAED]<sup>1<\/sup> were important<br \/>\nfor achieving interoperability between equipment of different<br \/>\nmanufacturers versus tests important for product design and<br \/>\ncertification. In general, tests that were determined to be more<br \/>\noriented towards product design and certification were deemed<br \/>\nunnecessary for inclusion in this list.
