This PAS specifies requirements for a quality management system to enable an organization to ensure the integrity and traceability of primary products in the agri-food chain in order to assure food organizations of the provenance of food raw materials used in their operations. It applies to those food safety and quality issues or production aspects over which the organization wishes to demonstrate effective control. It does not itself state specific production performance criteria or product attributes.<\/p>\n
