This European Standard specifies general characteristics of safety management in spectator facilities. It specifies the layout and the planning of the management, the criteria to maintain this planning before, during and after any event. It covers the following: – the safety personnel; – safety policy; – safety procedures. This European Standard does not apply for the roles and responsibilities of those who are part of the security system (police and security companies).
