These technical requirements form a standard for the<br \/>\ntwo-way Markov service option. This standard does not address the<br \/>\nreliability of Markov service option, nor does it cover equipment<br \/>\nperformance or measurement procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The FMSO is used to allow verification of the physical layer<br \/>\nperformance frame error rate (FER) of the cdma2000 Fundamental<br \/>\nchannels.
