{"id":386667,"date":"2024-10-20T03:36:29","date_gmt":"2024-10-20T03:36:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-en-iso-6888-22021-tc\/"},"modified":"2024-10-26T06:35:23","modified_gmt":"2024-10-26T06:35:23","slug":"bs-en-iso-6888-22021-tc","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-en-iso-6888-22021-tc\/","title":{"rendered":"BS EN ISO 6888-2:2021 &#8211; TC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This document specifies a horizontal method for the enumeration of coagulase-positive staphylococci by counting the colonies obtained on a solid medium (rabbit plasma fibrinogen agar medium) after aerobic incubation at 34&nbsp;\u00b0C to 38&nbsp;\u00b0C (see Reference [<span class=\"xref\">10<\/span>]).<\/p>\n<p>This document is applicable to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>products intended for human consumption;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>products intended for animal feeding;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>environmental samples in the area of food and feed production and handling;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>samples from the primary production stage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This horizontal method was originally developed for the examination of all samples belonging to the food chain.<\/p>\n<p>Because of the large variety of products in the food chain, it is possible that this horizontal method is not appropriate in every detail for all products.
