Description

This is the ME Conformance Testing with CSIM specification. The
aim of the present document is to ensure interoperability between
an ME and a CSIM independently of the respective manufacturer,
card issuer or operator as defined in [1], [2] and [3]. The present
document does not define any aspects related to the
administrative management phase of the UICC. Any
internal technical realization of either the UICC or the ME is
only specified where these are reflected over the interface.

This document does not specify which test cases are mandatory or
optional. However, to successfully execute a particular test
case, its corresponding test requirements and procedures
as defined in this document shall be followed.
